#3881 IE7 Renders JavaScript Status over text

See the attached file. There appears to be a status box and decorations which are rendered starting at the bottom left and then migrate to the top left of the IE7 window as you scroll. They render over/under the text making it hard to read.

This is on IE7 running on Vista.

I saw this on http://it.slashdot.org/article.pl?sid=07/03/21/1932216 but it shows up on any discussion.
