#3841 Warning not displayed before anonymous post of mod undo

When posting anonymously after spending mod points on articles in the same story a warning message is not displayed stating that the moderations will be undone. When posting non-anonymously the warning is displayed.

It would be nice if one could post anonymously on stories where articles were previously moderated without the mod points being undone. This gives a way to still comment on a story without getting the benefits of karma, and in any case a user could simply post anonymously from another machine or browser so not allowing this does nothing of consequence.
