#3810 Subdomains break all subpages

If you visit http://games.slashdot.org/~CmdrTaco/
versus http://slashdot.org/~CmdrTaco/ you will see that
when visiting any url with a section/subdomain the
outer blocks are missing entirely. This happens with
all subpage sections like /my/*
