#3744 Hall of Fame not displayed correctly on Internet Explorer

Slashcode's Hall of Fame is not displayed correctly in
Internet Explorer. The first line of the "most active"
and "most visited" stories are not shown (they're
hidden by the overflowing title bar).

Both show up correctly using Firefox or Safari.

Additionally, I get this (related?) error message on
the same page using Internet Explorer:
