#3707 Site not browsable from mobile device.

Since site redesign, site is not browsable on a Windows Mobile 5 PocketPC
phone:

- Text columns are very narrow, only one or two words per line.
- Cannot log in because log in buttons are not visible.
- Even if you use magical trickery to log in, the Simple Design/Low
Bandwidth options do not render correctly on a mobile phone.

Before the redesign, the site looked beautiful on a mobile phone without
requiring any special settings in the mobile browser. What a loss!
