#3694 Direct article link displays incorrect in IE

When linking directly from IE into an item the content
is displayed lower than the left navigation. This only
appears to occur in IE. I am using a smaller than full
screen window for IE and the content does not flex
with the size of the window. Firefox works fine but I
am unable to use that at work.
