Resultion: 1280x1024. The bug appears in all layouts.

    Can confirm this bug appears in Konqueror 3.5.2 on my FC4
    x86_64 system.

    This is related to bug 1500776 (both issues with rendering
    in KHTML).

    The menu problem was apparently a bug in Konqueror, and
    has been fixed in Konqueror 3.5.4 (see
    http://bugs.kde.org/show_bug.cgi?id=128738\). I haven't
    ever seen the horizontal scrollbar problem myself, so I
    couldn't comment on that.

    I don't observe this bug in Konqueror 3.5.3 on FC5
    (kdebase-3.5.3-0.4.fc5).
