#3616 sections.pl depreciated?

When using backSlash the "Config->Sections->add
section" button causes Apache to throw an internal
server error. The error log shows:

It's my understanding from conversations outside this
forum that the sections functionality is depreciated,
and the Sections portion of backSlash is just kruft
that's yet to be removed.
