#3568 Stories being posted to invisible sections

The BSD section is no longer visible, but stories are
currently being posted to it
(http://bsd.slashdot.org/article.pl?sid=06/01/27/0518255&threshold=-1).
I can understand it being retired, it wasn't very
active, but stories probably shouldn't be posted to a
section that no longer exists.
