#3559 Large nested threads do not paginate properly

Basically, while in nested mode, if a thread is larger
than 100 comments, going to the next page (e.g.
startat=100 where the previous page was startat=0) will
show that thread from the beginning instead of starting
from the 101st comment.

Best way to see this is to check a popular article on
Slashdot with the comments per page set to something
low, a threshold of 1, and using nested comments.
Example thread that doesn't split using those settings:
