#3544 No access to User Preferences in Low Bandwidth Mode

In low bandwidth mode, there is no way to enter your
user preferences, since the left-hand menu is hidden,
and that is the only thing that contains the
Preferences link. I was expecting it, perhaps, at the
bottom of the page with the other items like About, Faq
and RSS.

Finally I found a link to the user prefs page in the FAQ :)
