#3513 "Quick Links" Menu Positioning
Hard to describe so I've included 3 screenshots.
The "quick links" menu bar seems to have positioning
problems. It moves around quite a bit as shown in
these shots:
Menu:
The links moved to the middle of the comment box. It
did this in the comment posting page and the new
Journal entry page.
Menu2:
The links always appear here when I open any user's
User Page.
Menu3:
The links seem to dissapear behind the navigation
tabs. They are in the red box I've drawn, but only barely
visible. The blue box shows where the Write in Journal
link is, as shown by it's missing underline (in the blue
box) and the URL shown in the address bar at the
bottom of the screen (my mouse was over the link at
the time).
