#3399 Topic Images being clipped

The topic images in the upper right corner (inside
#topnav) are too large and are being clipped underneath
the slashboxes on the right hand side. Specifically,
PostgreSQL and Tips and Tricks, although if you scale
the font you can force the other images to do the same.

Thanks for the screenshot.

I see it in Safari with the tips-and-tricks dog icon. Not sure if this is a bug
or a feature :)
