I have a story that is setup to only show in it's section. At the
moment, it's the top-most (ie latest) story this section.
However, it shows a "previous link" to a story that isn't in it's section.
The story that shows this behavior is:

The story's topics are:

So it is set to show only in this particular section.
I would think the link_to_previous should link to the next story *in
that section* which would be

Maybe I'm misunderstanding how the section-topics topic
relationship is supposed to work, but at the moment I consider this
a bug...
