#3087 NewsForge front end pending problems

When creating new stories using admin.pl on NewsForge,
you still can't see all the story fields until you preview the
page. The "By" and "URL" fields are missing. This was
fixed for Linux.com but not for NF.

Also, for all the sites, if you forget to choose topics for a
new story and then preview it, the "By" and "URL" fields
disappear, and you have to re-enter the information after
adding topics and previewing.

Minor problems, but annoying to deal with several times a

    Maybe vroom since his brain is already in sync with nexus-extras after
    the product guide :)

    Tim, whatever you did on Linux.com to get the four "By" etc. fields to
    show up on /admin.pl?op=edit ... can you do that on NewsForge.com

    I didn't do anything on Linux.com to make that happen.
    However, looking at topic_nexus_extras for both sites
    Linux.com had those extras added for Index while
    newsforge.com did not. I added those extras to NF as well
    and now they show up on new story creation. I'll take a
    closer look at admin.pl and verify why that works the way it
