#3077 bk. review preview doesn't use books skin
When previewing from the story queue, book reviews
(which have a table unique to stories set up as book
reviews) do not show up as they should; that is, they
are displayed without the table of author / book title
/ publisher, etc. that should be shown.
From email from Rob to me on this issue:
"As long as the URL has 'books.slashdot.org' in it, it
should work fine.
admin.pl seems to link directly to slashdot.org
but when the story appears on the Index, it links to
books.slashdot.org."

Hrm. It should read the proper nexus extras whether the skin is set
correctly or not.
