#3010 slashdErrnote email - more problems

It seems the continual-sending problem with slashdErrnote's info
has been solved. But other problems persist:

1) Brian Aker's gotten it. I don't know how it determines the list of
people it's being sent to, but that list shouldn't include Brian.

2) It still contains no info, apparently:

3) It's prefixed by an ad. Its target audience is probably not our
most lucrative market.
