Adding SDRangel and SoapySDR Airspy HF+ plugin

Thank you for a fabulous package for our SDR work!

I'd like to request two additions to the package:

would like to request two additions to this live distro:

1. SDRangel - a new very powerful (but with a steep learning curve) SDR program, which is able to receive and transmit with the appropriate hardware (such as LimeSDR). It can be accessed at https://github.com/f4exb/sdrangel. I’ve successfully added it to my Skywave installation, following the instructions on Github.

2. SoapySDR Airspy HF+ plugin. This can be accessed at https://github.com/pothosware/SoapyAirspyHF, and I have also added this to my Skywave installation, where it is recognized by and works with GQRX but did not with CubicSDR. (More on CubicSDR in another thread.)
