Skywave Linux 2.3 Uploading Now

Skywave Linux 2.3 is being uploaded, with updates and usability refinements. As usual, be aware that the isofile is coming from a location with astoundingly restricted internet service. Uploading is expected to be completed by 1200 UTC, August 2, 2017.

This will probably be the last version 2 upload, as work begins on Skywave Linux v3.0.
