Not that I'm aware of. The PHD site doesn't mention Alpaca either so that is not in the pipeline.
I have considered INDI but that is a large project I don't want to start at this moment. The Alpaca interface was pretty easy because Patrick had developped the Alpaca interface in Pascalprogramming language already.
Maybe you could set up something in Wine but that could be complicated.
