#1 PyDO: getSome() etc. accepting ASC/DESC

getSome(), getSomeSQL(), getTupleWhere() and
getSQLWhere() now support "order", "limit" and "offset"
parameters to output their respective SQL. There is no
keyword for ASC and DESC however.
