#5 Email Support

Add email support for saving snippets. The snippets
will be emailed to the server (so each account needs an
email address) and stored as MHTML (so HTML with
embedded content).

The email will have a 1) subject of URL, or 2) url=url;
project=project; tags=tags, etc. and 3) body of the
snippet.
