#5 overloading of Pages and Description

citationUtils.jsp's label and field hashmap/array code
strangely overloads Pages and Descriptions. For example
Artwork uses the Pages field for Description.

Isn't description part of endnote? and if so do we need
a database entry in the citationobject for it?
