#29 negative posted report on comments

On my machine (Tom B.) when I post a comment it always
starts off showing the posted time as -59 minutes ago
instead of 0 seconds ago. This does not happen on the
live site however but we need to understand this as I'm
sure it's not just me it'll happen to.
