Can Mark Page, Go To Marked Page, Jump Back From Marked Page, be added in the right-click context menu and/or assigned a keyboard shortcut?

I tried to use OSX keyboard shortcut in system preferences to add a keyboard shortcut to the aforementioned menu items, but it does not work.

Much thanks,

This is not worth a place in the context menu, that's already far too large.

Also, there is no reasonable shortcut available, and it's not a feature that is important enough to use up this scarce resource.

Setting a keyboard shortcut in the system prefs should just work, and it certainly does for me. I can only conclude you did not do it correctly (as it's much less plausible that your system is buggy). Be aware that you need to assign both versions of the (same) menu item "Go To Marked Page" and "Jump Back From Marked Page" the same shortcut.
