#11 Delete autosave functionality

Delete the Auto-save functionality. It is very annoying to not have an exit from the
project without saving it after it has been tempering with to test something. Just
present the option to safe, whenever the project is closed. Right now, each time a
model is opened, run and closed again, the model is changed through altered variables.
The option to save a project under a different name is only present in the Project
window. To reach this, the project is first closed and saved before it can be renamed. It
would be much better to have the option to save a project during the altering process
itself.
