Good that you "browsed". It means you did not get to see all the errors 
(they are in the details) ;-). There are many errors I need to fix and 
sections to finish.

It is already that. Anyone can use any part freely and all pictures are 
available on request in PS or SK format.
I had this in the credits page but did not have a "name" for it so 
omitted it.  If "GNU FDL" is the name for that type of use, then I'll 
add it back in the credit page on the next edit (which will not happen 
for about 3 to 4 weeks).

Sure. I can add it to the making SFD section (on the next edit). It 
would be a good idea for a user to have a way to check the SFD.
