The second is the banding on the PS output. To make that a little more explicit --- sketch actually draws gradients as discrete steps, but you can set the number pretty high. Low numbers render fast, but look blocky. I typically use as many as 1000 gradient steps for printing without any problems, but I'd leave the editor steps at 100 or less so it doesn't slow you down.
