#12 Enhance Palettes

First of all I think it would be usefull to be able to
make a personal colorpallette. So that if you are going
to use a limited number of colors that you can have
them somewhere collected together.
But I also think that the colorpallette should be more
generally usefull. As it is now I can't use the
pallette to choose a line color, nor can it be used to
select a color in a gradient or a pattern.
I also suggest that the notion of the pallette be made
more generally availble. People could have a pallette
of gradients, dash-styles, arrowheads, fillpaterns etc.
maybe even styles.
I also think the user should be able to store these
things in somekind of library for reuse in later
documents.
