Bitmap-Converter-Review:

- added VisualStudioExpress2010 solution to simplify debugging
- added testpattern to validate problems with BMPs other than logo size (128x56)
- added comments to C-File to understand DisplyDriver & BMP file construction
- added comments to C-File to understand Converter Porcess
