Commit [r315]  Maximize  Restore  History

Beeper PWM handling changed:

- no longer Msgs/TimerMsgs used (inaccurate acoustic)
- instead use TimerISR to control PWM
- Granulartiy is SystemTicks (20 ms)
- works well
