#246 Crash when opening on Windows 10

I've download this on my Windows 10 laptop but when I open the program the gui flashes up as a white window and then crashes immediately. I've tried the newest version and the previous 83 as it was suggested this works for windows 10.
Thanks for any advice, I usually work on a linux so I'm wondering if I'm missing some windows visualization program.

has there been any news on this case? I have the same problem with Windows 10 and would be thankful for any advice! :-)

I would suggest double-checking that you are running the .bat and not the .exe file. If you run the .bat through a powershell you should get some more helpful error messages.
