#229 Mask creation for MRSI

Hi
We have been testing Sivic for some time. It is an amazing software with many useful features.
However, I was looking for a method, within Sivic, to create a MRSI mask to export to other software packages (e.g. fsl).
It there a way to create a mask for single voxel or MRSI in the current version pls? in what format? can the mask be saved?
If not, any advice pls?

I was not able to find much relevant info in manual.

Hi,

Thank you for the feedback! Yes, it's possible to create an ROI mask at the MRSI resolution and export it as a DICOM file (we're working on the .nii writers) Please see the instrutions in step 12 of the following tutorial (https://sourceforge.net/p/sivic/sivicwiki/Tutorials/):
