#226 Using 'Transform' with Siemens 2D CSI dicom data

Hi,

I am trying to process some Siemens 2D CSI data in SIVIC. The fid data loads and displays correctly and the apodisation in the 'preproc' tab also works fine. However, whenever I select the 'transform' button in the 'recon' tab the program crashes. I have an old verion of the Osirix plugin running (0.9.3) which can recon this same data in the 'MRS Recon' tab.
