After almost a year, the next release of the Knowledgebase / Helpdesk tracking system has been released. This version fixes many bugs found in version 2.0.4 over the past few months.
Version 2.0.4 is now available for wide spread testing. It includes bug fixes that prevent 2.0.3 from functioning correctly. New features include a tech support request module, foreign language creation, application tree with sub applications, and numerous minor fixed / enhancements.
This release is designed to allow developers to create modules that interface directly with the Knowledgebase, which itself has become a module. It is now possible to design inventories, problem trackers, FAQs, and other useful modules and use the same database, interface, and feel of the SITR Knowledgebase.
After a long wait version 1.0.3 is now available. The new release contains new features including WYSIWYG support for Netscape, Mozilla, and other browsers. There are also a number of minor bug fixes.
After much hard work, version 1.0 of SITR has been released. The new version cntains an entirely new database design, and a much improved interface.
Version 0.17 is has now been released. It includes several bug fixes and additional features including support for multiple file uploads, the insertion of images into documents, document previews, and a major redesign of the modify/create document interface.
