#17 limitation in search
A document will not be the result of any searches if
that document is not child of an Application category.
To reproduce: Create a new document with "Wonka" in the
title, subject and document body. Do not select an
Application category. Save, Submit and Release the
Document. Do any manner of searches that should return
the test document and weep at the lack of results.
