#2 Doesn't work with iSiloX

iSilo has done away with iSiloWeb for converting files and combined
the tool with its other converters into iSiloX. There is also a
command-line tool available for various platforms.

When I run
SiteScooper as i, the converter fails stating there are a bunch of
invalid cmmand line options:

Unrecognized option: -y

Unrecognized option: -U
Unrecognized option: -Is300

Unrecognized option: -Ic
Unrecognized option: -Id

Unrecognized option: -i2002-Feb-26: The Register

The command
