Here are a few things I'd like to see added to the already uber-useful sitemonitoring:

    • hide/mask basic authentication password for http checks
    • allow this run as a Windows service
    • display more statistics (show value for average response time, depending on the chart being viewed, last downtime, avg uptime)

..since I'm asking, here area few more features I'd like to see:

    • ability to clear the chart results
    • ability to re-order display of sites to check

Thank you for your feedback. I just released new version with Windows service support. I will look into other features as well, I thought about some of them before, but always had something else more important to do. I cannot promise any particular release date, but I will definitely look into it.

    Two more requests:

    1. Display the current version of Site Monitoring running from the dashboard
    2. adjust chart so the Y-axis (ms), does not display the maximum value ever seen by Site Monitoring (see attachment).

Finished most requests in newest version 2.1.9 (btw. with minor UI changes). These two requests will take much more time to implement so no promises, but I will revisit them after couple of weeks:

    • ability to re-order display of sites to check (I thought about this one since 2.0 release, because in 1.X it was implemented, but I decided to focus more on other functionality. I guess the time has come, though)
    • hide/mask basic authentication password for http checks

This one I'm not inclined to implement: "last downtime" because right next to the chart button is also button "list errors" (where are all errors with their details). Also out-of-the-box is displayed "last result check", which shows last state (and it it's erroneous, it shows error detail as well).
