#4 Optional cascading deletes

At the moment, deleting an entity deletes all of its
children. However there are situations where you may
want to delete an entity but not its children (or maybe
only those in certain relationships).

It would be nice to specify for each parent-child
relationship whether or not a cascading delete should
occur.
