Hi,

I have a build of sip 0.5.6 with mingw against GraphicsMagick 1.3.14 and 
Scilab 5.3.3 Windows XP SP3 x86.
Is there any interest to upload it as a .7z file and post installation 
instructions (and even build instructions) for testing?
I have ran the demos on my PC and seem OK.
