[SIP-devel] learning the SIP code base

Hi,

I'd like to give some instructions on how to navigate the SIP code
base, how to add a new function, and how the build system is
organized.

Our goal with this build system is to support many libraries with a
lot of flexibility, without worrying too much about Scilab's atoms
packaging system.
