[SIP-devel] SIP repositories converted to Git

Hi,

The SIP repositories were converted to Git. We will no longer support CVS.

Please read the instructions on how to download and contribute using Git here:
  http://siptoolbox.sourceforge.net/devel/

We have already included a number of changes in the Git version,
mainly to get SIP to compile in Ubuntu 11.04 and other environments.
The Git version of SIP is where you can get the latest working SIP
code.

I would also like to welcome our new developers: hick209, wakkuu, and
penalv. Hope you can enjoy their upcoming contributions.
