Hi, I'm sorry, SIP for windows is obsolete and will not work with scilab 3.0. Try an older version of Scilab or else use Linux. The newest and full-featured SIP is currently available for Linux only. Someone also managed to compile it under Mac OS. sorry again, but there are some developers that are about to port SIP to Windows, but you might have to wait a few months. -- Ricardo.
