Hi, With my tests, I saw that sip for windows works only with scilab-2.7 (not with 3.0). If you want to test, you can install both scilab-2.7 and scilab-3.0 or your computer. I don't know if Riccardo wants/has time to have a look at this problem. Anyway, the most advanced version of sip toolbox works on linux boxes. Today, a Linux distrib is easy to install, so why not try it ?
