[SIP-users] new sip-devel

Hi,
A new sip development version is out. It is compilable on unix-like
platforms. Here are the new features:

   + fixed bug in minmax
   + new GUI demo
   + sipdemo is now called by "exec(SIPDEMO)"
   + new imvariance - image local variance
   + new imphase - phase calculation (useful for interferometry)
   + new unwrapp - phase unwrapping by path following, using in
     interferometry/photonics
   + loader.sce now displays SIP version
   + manpage fixes
