[SIP-devel] SIP Installation

Hi,

I am having some trouble with the installation process on Windows XP. The
INSTALL.txt file says the following:

Installation:

    Double-click the SIPToolbox for Windows installer and follow the

instructions step by step.

 

My problem is that I do not see a file named SIPToolbox, only the folder in
which everything is contained. I have Scilab 4.0 and ImageMagic(although the
website said I would not need to download that since all the necessary files
were in the Windows download). I have scoured the rest of the website to see
if I am missing something, but I can't find anything obvious. Please help!
