Hi Zhang,
Your idea of extracting ImageMagick dll is excellent, but time consuming.
So I simply suggest that you put the correct ImageMagick-dll.exe file on=20
the SIP web page. Users will have to install ImageMagick, but, at least, it=
=20
will be a working solution for now.
When you have more time, you can improve the system. At the present time,=20
installation of SIP for windows just fails because we can't download the=20
right version of ImageMagick.
Why not replace the link to http://www.imagemagick.org/ in this page
http://siptoolbox.sourceforge.net/devel/windows-port.php
by a link to the real ImageMagick-6.2.5-Q16-dll ?
