I tried your commands in Scilab 4.0 for Windows without error. In fact,
before Scilab-4.0, all the SIP functions run correctly on Windows except
for those functions calling ImageMagick's mogrify() rountine.
Could you send a copy of your bmp file to me and let me to test it?
I'm using Scilab-4.0.exe and ImageMagick-6.2.3-Q16.
