[SIP-devel] function unwrapp in C

Hi,
With the help of a colleague, I made a new version for unwrapp: the function 
is now coded in C and interfaced with Scilab.

The speed gain is very important.

It works but I had to pass some arguments (line and col) as doubles in the 
interface function. I'd prefer to pass them as integers. It's not crucial, 
but it would be nicer.
I tried with istk but with no result.

Well, if you have the soluce...

Probably the code can be improved (the variables type in particular), but I 
think the function is already much better than the previous unwrapp function 
coded in Scilab.
