I tried to install sip-dev-20040520.

Everything seems to work fine until I come to creating html help:

I got this message on the console:
Creating html help files

then scilab is launched on the console (not in its ordinary window) and no 
html file is created.

It's strange: I recompiled sip-dev-20040428. I did not have this problem.

So when I don't build the man pages, it seems to work fine.

Something else:
I suggest to resolve the add_help_chapter problem (cvs and 2.7 versions of 
scilab) by the function getversion(). I join the new config/loader.sce
